I am a 22 year old woman. I just finished nursing school. During my time at school I gained at least 10 pounds. I am hoping to loose it, but don't have much motivation to. Overall I am very happy with my body size and shape. However I know it would be good for my health to shave off a few pounds.

Hi! I'm Joanna, and I'm 24 years old. I've been married to my best friend since April 2007! On one hand it doesn't seem that long at all, but on other it feels like forever! :) We both gained quite a bit of weight since we met, and I was just starting to get very serious about losing it when I discovered that I was pregnant! Now we have a 5 month old son who is doing wonderfully, thanks in part to the Bradley diet that I followed during my pregnancy. It definitely helped him to be healthy in the womb and it helped me to feel so much better. As a new mom now, it's been quite a bit harder for me to keep my nutritional goals up and exercise is almost non-existent! I'm looking forward to getting a lot of encouragement here and helping to support and motivate others!
