This is what I have eaten so far today.. (if you like this thread, then create your own food diary and feel free to comment on other's diaries).

So far
One medium sized orange
One piece of multigrain bread with strawberry jam
one mug of earl gray tea
one green salad with low fat grated cheddar cheese
3 stone wheat thin crackers
lots of water
one piece of homemade pumpkin pie

two tiny mandarin oranges
one pear
some whole wheat bread with peanut butter
part of a raison scone
a gingerbread latte
two spring rolls (with some exotic sauce) not sure what it is called
one piece of poppy seed stollen
some other bread with cheese
lots of water
one juice box (Vitaburst)

What I had yesterday (full day if I can remember it all)

one bowl of cantalope (cut into pieces)
3 mini sausages with three mini buns
cheddar cheese (three pieces)
one small iced capachino
lots of water
bagel with 2 fried eggs for lunch
2 mini (very mini) scones for breakfast
one mini manderin orange

one wrap (cheese, spinich, beef, red pepper, and onion)
one halloween size kit kat bar

one serving of honeydue melon
one wrap (cheese, spinich, beef, red pepper, and onion)
one halloween size kit kat bar
one banana
one glass of skim milk with a wee bit of nescafe stuff in it
one vita burest juice box (tropical) 200 ml
lots of water
one bagel one half with strawberry jam one half with peanut butter

one small slice of chocolate roll
one cup of lady gray tea
lots of water
a small amount of berry smoothie

4 strawberries
one mandarin orange
one piece of star fruit
2 small vita burst tropical juice boxes
2 pieces of multi grain toast with peanut butter
one cup of lady gray tea
2 pieces of grilled cheese (baked not grilled) toast on multigrain bread (cheddar cheese)
one pickle (with the grilled cheese)
lots of water

one home made whaffle

lots of water
2 breakfast sausages
2 pieces of multi grain bread with cheddar cheese and ketchep
6 multi grain crackers with low fat cream cheese
one vitaburst juice box (200 ml cherry)

2 pieces of multi grain toast with peanut butter
one cup of earl gray tea
lots of water
spagetti (one plate)
spinich and artichoke dip with a couple crackers and some french bread
1/2 bowl of vegtable soup
3 pieces of orange cheddar cheese
one halloween sized kit kat bar

one cup of english breakfast tea
2 pieces of multigrain toast with peanut butter
spagetti
spinich and artickoke dip and multigrain chips (one handful)
7 french fries
one halloween sized kit kat bar
1/2 cup of Acai berry beverage

two pieces of multi grain toast with peanut butter
one cup of earl gray tea
lots of water
one mini kit kat bar
a small serving of brown rice and two chicken wings
one handful of multigrain tortia chips with spinich and artichoke dip
one box (small) of strawberry mix juice

twp pieces of multigrain toast with peanut butter
one ruby grapefruit (soooo yummy)
one smokie
one piece of plain multi grain bread with ketchup and cheese (for my smokie)
1/2 serving of plain pasta (cooked in olive oil with spices)
lots of water
2 pieces of pumpkin cheesecake bar (I was naughty)
one pear
one bowl of chicken noodle soup
a couple mini multigrain crackers
a couple pieces of low fat cheddar cheese

a small bowl of spinich with ranch dressing and low fat grated cheddar cheese
bread (3 small pieces)
cheese (low fat cheddar)
one banana
spagettii (One plate) with parmason (spelling?) cheese
lots of water
juice
one glass of chocolate milk
one sea shell chocolate

I'll be joining you! My husband and I are trying to seriously kick into gear with better nutrition, so a diary is going to help me tons!

One turkey burger

organic ketchup
2 pieces of romaine lettice

one piece of home made pumpkin pie
one medium sized banana
