In many cases, when doing aerobics or Tae Bo for instance, there is a group of people who work out together. Some are fit, others need to lose weight and still struggle with the entire program. Were you helped in this matter by the others? Were they mocking at you? How was working in a group for you?

I don’t think that you should depend on those people who are also working out at the gym because they are just mining there own business. It would be different if you know the people on the gym, but I don’t think that getting some support from them is necessary at all.

I do get support from some of my coleagues. They all encourage me when I just feel like I cannot do another set anymore and praise me for my efforts. Their encouragement is crucial since it made me feel good and knowing someone too cares made me put even more effort into my workouts. I have befriended some of the girls in the group and it's just great working out together.
