Some cases of weight loss are quite extreme and people do need therapy from time to time.
What do you know about this? Is it helpful?
I do not see any shame in therapy for weight loss, i am totally pro it. I just see it as an extreme measure one has to take so that he or she may continue the diet program.

Hmm.. yes, i think it can be of some help.
Some people cannot do this alone and having someone to talk to during this period can surely be helpful.
I can do it myself, but i know people that tend to quit fast and they need that impulse, someone to constantly tell them that they can do this.

I didn't need therapy at all in my life, but I do see its use in some cases. There is nothing wrong in admitting you need help and receiving it. Instead of preventing yourself from getting the much needed assistance, just because some smarty pants might make fun of you, I think it's great to know you have a problem and you cannot solve it on your own. Losing weight is a very hard thing to accomplish. It changes your life and sometimes you need some help to pass through all these things

I never tried this method , but I read books , watched TV and I heard about therapy , I heard that is really helpful . Isn`t a shame at all to need therapy . Sometimes it`s recommended , maybe others methods won`t work so we`ll have this option. I`m for therapy for sure.
