Let's try and make a list of snack we should NOT eat.
Foods that are healthy and full of vitamins, but could harm us in the weight loss battle.
I'll start with nuts. They are a delicious treat, even eaten straight from the 'shell', but they are fattening and so i try and stay away from them. The same with peanuts..
Any other?

Fattening snacks.. hmm, this should be an interesting topic :)
I'm sorry to hear about the nuts, i love them but i didn't know they are not good for diets.
The peanuts - i know about them. They can be really tricky..
I think we need to know about these foods so we wouldn't have surprises later.

That would be a hard topic because I don’t know some that could harm us if it’s not junk foods. I believe that junk foods is the only thing that could do some harm to our weight but it doesn’t have any of those vitamins that you are mentioning. What made you think that there are some foods as these?

Honestly, this is the first time that I ever heard that there are some fattening snacks that has a vitamin. I know that eating too much junk food will cause our body to become fat because I have tried it in the past. Whenever I watched movies at the theater I would eat some and notice that my belly is getting bigger.

Candy bars, cookies, cake, brezels, nuts, peanuts .. they are so many and most of them delicious. As far as the fattening supplements go, I would totally rule out those Protein bars weightlifters and other people who need to gain weight are eating. Even if they are into sports, these protein bars are helping them exercise better and gain the needed weight. As you can all imagine we should have nothing to do with them :D

Cakes and sweets are really fattening.
Beer is also the same. Some drink some beer between meals and their bellys start to show :) Of course, it depends on the personl but overall.. beer is no good as a snack, even if it is considered to be 'food'.
