We all like sweets, well, maybe not all of us, but the majority.
Being on a diet is quite a battle, we cannot eat anymore chocolate or sweet foods, but there are certain foods that resemble the taste of sweets and do not fatten us.
Do you know such foods?

I never heard of such food that resembles those sweets like chocolates and candies. I know that if you are depriving yourself of sweets then chances are, you will crave for them even more. I think that it will be best if you will just give yourself a small portion from time to time.

I was able to lay off the candies and sweets by eating fruits. I love snacking a lot and this might have been a huge problem to me otherwise. Instead of a chocolate bar I try an orange or a kiwi. In time I got used to this and to be honest I do feel way better.

I can suggest to try some fruits instead of candies and chocolate because fruit is as sweet and candies but full with nutrients that the body needs. I remember when I was working in an office that my boss is always eating fruits to help her loose some weight.

I think my one problem with sweets is chocolate. I'm a definite chocolate freak but it's a good thing I prefer exquisite European dark chocolate rather than Snickers bars. I hate candy, so good riddance for me!

Sweets are such a big problem... honestly, they really are. I always stare at chocolate bars on the shelves when i go shopping..
I did however find some non fat chocolate, but unfortunately i will have to kee searching for it as i have no idea how it's called.. My mum bought one for me and it was ok, not as good as real chocolate but still ok.

Yeah chocoalte is my problem....Sometimes I can liimit myself pretty easily, but other times I just loose control and eat too much of it!

My parents always have lots of it in the house, so that does not help matters...

I absolutely love sweets.. but since i am on a diet i keep myself away from them as much as i can.
Sometime i think about gross things when i ass them, so i won't feel tenpted to buy. Tempted i feel anyway, but the thinking is really helpfull :D

I used to eat lots and lots of chocolate. Especially when i was stressed. During exams when i was in school or during some big roject at work.. but now i have to keep away from them and away i am :)
I try and eat bananas instead, it's better than nothing.
