For those who have a never embarked on a fitness program, it is never too late to begin. To those who are old beginners, now you can advance. New beginners should consult physicians first. Make sure that you have doctor's clearance because conditions heart disease, scoliosis, and a lot more require special care.

Which one are you?

Actually I don’t know which one is me because I’m already exercising when I was in High school but hasn’t exercise ever since I graduated on college. Do you think that it’s too late to start all over again? Do you think that I can just advance like that?

Don't think it's late. It's never to late. You won't get into the professional league probably, but the sport will do you great. We all have our off times too, but it's good to come back the moment you think you can do the exercise. The entire diet thing will work even better.

I have discussed with my physician too so that we don't have any surprises since I am not a teen anymore, but it's been all OK now. The exercise has done me great, I was able to regain some of the strenght I lost due to a sedentary life, my weight is dropping constantly and I feel so toned.
