While fruit juice is more popular than veggie juice, they are loaded with rich nutrients, enzymes and antioxidant. If you are a serious health nut then invest in a good juicer. Give your body a healthy dose of juices from popular blends like apple and carrots, pineapple, guava, and others using apple as a base ingredient. for a rich enzyme punch, try romaine lettuce leaves and carrots.

I love apple, orange, pineapple, watermelon, and grape... basically everything, I guess! But orange is the easiest ro prepare by myself. This may be sort of random but in Malaysia they have fantastic fruit juice. They sell it everywhere on the streets and it's very refreshing.

Hmm.. i never tried vegetable juice. It sounds good and pretty ok for dieting :)
I am sure i drank some as a baby, my mom most likely insisted.. but i can't remember..
ANyway, thanks for the idea :)

yes.. i bought one recently.. I swiched to natural juices.. and by natural i mean freshly squeezed fruit, not juice bought from the store..
I'm not a big fn of it, but i gotta do what i gotta do to be fit.
