What do you think of coconut milk? Do you drink it? How often?

I have tried it before years ago and I really don't remember what it tastes like. I should try it again one of these days....:D

I know that coconut milk can be used as a laxative, that's the great "feature" of it. :) It's has a fair amount of fat in it (~20% or so). I went to a Thai restaurant and they use a lot of coconut milk in their cuisine! Mainly because of the curry sauce. It should not be confused with coconut juice, which can cause diarrhea. I guess it's the same case with the milk? :confused: I'm going to try the coconut milk soup next time.

I didn`t try coconut milk but I heard that is very good and I want to try it to see if has a good taste , I heard that it`s healthy and I`m interested to see if is that so , I hardly wait to buy this days. I hope I won`t hate it after that , if the taste isn`t good I`ll hate it always:p

I don't like coconut milk.. I tried it some time ago and i think it tastes awfull.
I heard it is healthy and everything but i prefer to stay away from it :D
The coconut on the other hand is great.. to bad it is a fattening fruit..

I don't think I've ever tried coconut milk, but a lot of the kids I know absolutely adore it. Some even more than chocolate milk. I think I'd probably like it, but I'm content with my regular milk.

I love coconut milk!
I tasted it not long ago and i enjoy it very much.
I buy coconuts and give the fruit to my mom, she uses it to make cookies and she prefers the 'natural' fruit than the little bags she finds at the store.
