Here is my chow main recipe. I think it is pretty healthy, although I don't know any of the nutrition information because I made it myself. See what you think.

Autumn's Chow Main

one super large onion
2 stalks celery
1 large red pepper
1 medium sized carrot
a large portion of bean sprouts
chinese chow main noodles
salt
pepper
garlic powder
lean ground turkey
olive oil
soy sauce

Cut up vegtables to desired size. In a wok or frying pan warm up some olive oil. Brown the turkey. Once brown add desired spices. Now add the vegtables (that are already chopped into small pieces). Cook until nicely tender. Meanwhile Cook the bean sprouts in a large pot with a small amount of olive oil in the bottom. Once the vegtables/meat are tender add this mixture to the bean sprouts. Cook for a few minutes and then add the chow main noodles. Cook until desired softeness is reached add soy sauce. Enjoy.

This is a wonderful recipe. It sounds very nutritious and tasty.
Thanks for sharing.
I might try it but not right now. I am under a strict diet and i shouldn't go overboard :)

Thanks for posting it here!

I’m just thinking why does someone else is calling this as Chow Main. This is supposed to be Chow Mien (just correcting). I like your recipe though. I hope that you share some more of your recipe.
