;) Have you asked a nutritionist for advise before starting your diet? Have you talked to someone who has studies nutrition techniques and secrets? It is important to take a professional piece of advise and not start a diet program all by yourself... It has been proven that this way the results will be more likely to appear.

I wouldn't dream of taking advice from a dietician, my diet and my weight is my business. There is plenty of information for me to find in the media and on the internet and I am quite capable of working out the difference between a scam and sensible advice. I have seen a number of nutritionists on TV etc. and they come over as condescending, critical and patronising and there is no way that I am going to pay for someone to treat me like that!

No, I've never seen one and never will. I'm not a child so I pretty much know what I should and shouldn't do. I think it's a waste of money to be honest.

No, I wouldn't waste my money. Too many people want to interfere in our lives and tell is what is good for us, I am an independent adult and I am quite able to decide what is good for me and what is not. I am suspicious of people who claim to have 'proof' and 'secrets' about diet. Who funded their training and who sponsors their research? Probably someone with a vested interest in me spending money on their product. Everything is over professionalised these days, we make everything far to complicated.

Yes I asked a nutritionist for advise 3 years ago and he didn`t helped me ...I followed his advise and nothing happend. Since then I`ll never try to go to a nutritionist ,isn`t always the best choice.

Hmm.. nope.
I went to doctors but never to nutritionists.. It's not because i don't trust them , maybe they do a good job, but i was always the 'do-it-myself' kind of person.
Anyway.. my diet cannot fatten me.. it can ony let me stay the same :D But until now i saw improvement and i'm glad i did this on my own.

Yes i have.
I have been to more than one nutritionist and the funny thing is they all told me different 'stories'.. so i have no idea what to think.. So, i took the matter into my own hands and combined what the nutritionists told me. I seem to have a good diet since i already lost some weight.
