For those of you unfamiliar with this term, it's just something to describe an eating habit that makes you often pop something into your mouth, sort of like snacking. But I think it usually means grabbing something on the way when you're out of time but you need to eat. Is anyone here guilty of this habit?

Of course i am :D
I used to do this some time ago, i always slept more and woke up half an hour before school started, had no time to eat and i would just grab something quick and eat it on the road..
It really is unhealthy.
I see this now and i try and make up for it.
I cook my own meals, even if it means waking up 1-2 hours earlier.

I had never heard the term grapple snapping before, it is a good descriptive term. I think we are all guilty of doing it to some extent, but as long as we remember that it is not good for us to do this and we try to eat sensibly most of the time we should be OK.

I think it's mostly a problem for people with extremely busy or constantly changing schedules. Doing this once in a while will not have such a bad effect, but making it a lifestyle is probably very unhealthy.
