The British Dietetic Association suggest that just reducing your portion sizes by 15% will result in a weight loss of 7lb over a 10 week period. I can't say if they are correct because I have combined reducing portion size with other weight loss methods. The easiest way to reduce portion size is to use a slightly smaller plate, I have done this and you adapt to it very quickly.

When I`m on a diet I`m for samller portions , I try to not eat too much ,as I said in a previous post I get fat very quiqly and I really need smaller portions but I had good results .For me this is the better option that I have beside others as tea.

I heard that many times before but I’m sad to say that it is easier said than done. Although I have known this quite a time before I wasn’t been able to capitalize on it.
Eating a small portion will definitely help you loose some weight.
