I have read that you should include protein (fish, meat, etc) at every meal, because it has been proven to satisfy your hunger for longer than either fats or carbohydrates. Do you try to do this? There has also been research to show that low fat diets have been proven less effective than those that include around 30% ‘good fats’ (oily fish, nuts, olive oil). Have you found this to be correct?

I think this makes sense, when you eat a meal you need a mixture of food types so that as you digest it energy is released steadily and you will feel satisfied for a number of hours. A good diet should be balanced and encourage good habits. If you feel full you will not be tempted to eat the wrong things between meals

Balance meal is a sure way for our body to get the right nutrients. I think that eating a balance meal will help us become more intelligent and much stronger. I’m sad to say that I haven’t had any control on my meals.
