Are you the one who enjoys exercising or the one who needs to exercise because he/she needs to be fit?
I’m the one who needs exercising because I’m currently overweight and I am beginning to loose some confidence that I will ever succeed in life. How about you?

I think that I’m the one who enjoys workout just now because I have manage to convince myself that I will never succeed in life if I can’t accomplish a simple task like this one. Now, I think that I can’t let a day pass that I won’t do an exercise.

I was always good with sports and I enjoyed the effort. I have some friends and we work out together and this makes it even more pleasant. I am the guy who likes effort, so it's easier for me to get there and workout.

For me it was not enjoying at first. I tried to avoid exercise at first, but I realized i cannot do without it. So I started working out. When I saw some good results I started liking it too. The secret is to keep on working out. All the progress makes it nice. And it's also about having some nice friends to work out with.

If I have to do this, I might as well like it. This is what I tell myself and it works nicely. When I started exercising it was a chore, but now I like it. I tried not to skip my classes and this shows nicely. With a good diet and all the effort, I am getting closer to my ideal weight and I feel so alive too.

I liked sports a lot when I was a kid and I lost this feeling after I grew up. I dreaded working out in the beginning of my weight loss program, but now it's coming back to me. I don't workout anymore because I have to, I work out because I like it as I used to
