So, fish is often considered a healthy diet, especially certain types of salmon which is also supposed to help with weight loss. My question is, does eating sushi also equal healthiness? If it is, I would definitely start going to sushi places more often.

Well.. i didn't try sushi like.. never.
I heard a lot of stories about it but never tried it. The thought of rough meat makes me want to stay away :D even if i heard it's pretty good..
I don't know if it is good for dieting or not..

Most seafood are naturally low in fat, so sushi should't be any different. But there is the risk of a large dose of mercury, that is sometimes found in tuna. Sometimes sea fish are affected by parasites. These parasites only die if you cook the fish to 60 °C.
