I learned some tricks , so I`ll share them for all of you;)
1. Tape a picture of your fat self to the refrigerator for motivation. Remind yourself what you don’t want to look like..
2. Take a shower or bath when a food craving strikes. It will relax you, and keep your whole body occupied and out of trouble (the kitchen) until the craving fades.
3. Have your teeth cleaned professionally and whitened. You won’t want to sully that gorgeous mouth with “bad” food.
4. Chew sugarless gum while you prepare meals. It’ll keep you from tasting (eating) that extra serving’s worth.

Interesting tips, I have some more tips:

1. Water is essential for diet, it's the best drink
2. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and pills.
3. Chew your food (it's important to do so because it increases your satisfaction)

I’m afraid that you two have already said most the tricks I know. I guess that it leaves me to just one trick to be added to this thread. Eat your food slowly because your body will be easily full if you’re doing this. This is one of the best tricks on dieting.

These are some excellent tricks. I also try to weigh myself and track my progress. I made it clear to myself that this is not OK, having the weight problem, and now I am trying my best to shed some pounds. Exercising is also important to me and I try to NOT snack after it (I get hungry, but I try to eat foods that won't add up to my weight)
