Watching exercise video

Who has already tried this? Is it effective?
I’m thinking of buying an exercise video to get me motivated. If anyone here already have some experience with them. Please share it with us so that I wouldn’t have to spend my money if it doesn’t works!

I never tried this before. I think that it is all based on how well you follow the step by step program. It all depends on you; if your going to buy it then just watch it and don’t do the exercise then I guess that it will not really work.

There are some excellent ones. I have few already and work out together with them. Of course it was harder at the beginning since I wasnt' able to keep up the pace, but now it's easier. And they show so many interesting drills I can learn and then use in my own combinations.
