How many fruits and vegtables do you eat per day? What kinds?

I try to eat as many as possible, however I think I don't get enough....My new goal is 5-10 servings of fruit and vegtables per day.. I will keep track of my progress here....

Usually in the morning I'll eat a tangerine, some grapes, or maybe an apple. I also like to eat raw baby carrots as a snack in the afternoon.

Right now I eat two (exactly) fruits or vegetables per day. It's part of my stupid OCD routine.. ;) I plan to increase this to three sometime in the future though...

I also try to sneak as many of them as possible. The good thing is that this diet can help one feel very good since it adds a lot of vitamins to the body and this is necesarry. I also feel very nice and full of energy. I love eating fruits, I can eat kilograms (pears, apples, kiwi, oranges). If I am not really feeling like chewing them, I can always use the blender and get some nice juice out of them.

I try to eat a few fruits every day (or at least, a few slices of fruits)... I especially like bananas, apples and mellons, but I alternate these with grapes and oranges every other day. The last week I've had a fruit eating hiatus, but I'll try to make them a part of my diet soon.

I aim for five per day, I like apples, pineapple, grapes, dried apricots, oranges and mango (but it is messy). I eat lots of broccoli, runner beans, sweet corn, carrots, peas and cabbage. I am not keen on banana or melon but I love tomatoes.

I eat lots of apples. I love them and they are a very good and healthy snack.
Bananas are also a must for me :) Even if they are in form of a banana shake, i still have thme everyday.
I also eat lots of oranges, but not everyday.
As for vegetables, i eat lots of brocolli and cabbage.

Oranges and bananas are my favourites , I eat 5 - 6 per day , are healthy and in this way I`m sure that I won`t get fat. I eat them especially when the evening comes , I recommend to all to try to eat more fruits are very good and don`t forget very healthy.

I wish that I could say the same like you guys are saying because I can’t eat a fruit a day. I would really like to do it but I think that I will have to budget my money for other things. When it comes to eating vegetables, I’m glad to say that I’m able to eat at least once a day.

I eat lots of fruits, especially bananas.
The vegetables are my main course.. It's because they are part of my diet but i do enjoy them really much.
I actually like this diet, i feel i eat healthier than before and it shows.
