Are you the only one in the home with a diet?

In many cases being the only one in the house having to lose weight is unpleasant. Not to mention when you also have a strict diet and all the others are eating all kinds of foods you are not allowed to. Are you the only one in the family in a diet?

I am the only one and it's not that easy. Still I have my mind set for a goal and won't let anything drive me off my chosen way. The good thing is that I cook in the family too, so I can take care of my nutrition the way I want. I also have some friends who are trying to lose weight so I don't feel too bad about not having others in the family have to lose weight.
