I have seen many people do this and I tried it too, even if it seemed hard for a big guy as I am. It's a great workout and I get tired fast. I also feel that I have worked out a lot and it's good. Do you do rope skipping? Or you stick to other types of exercise?

I have integrated rope skipping in my routine too and it's getting better. I get a lot of workout and I can recall some of my tricks I used when a kid. I really liked rope skipping back then. Now I can also lose some weight

I tried this at home and almost broke my nose falling. I just don't get it: I was good with this when I was a kid, why is this so hard now? I think I'll try again, but more careful and without trying too many tricks.
