View Full Version : Few bigger meals or more smaller meals?

There are so many ways we are told to eat. some say it's good to have few meals that are bigger, others say it's better to eat smaller meals, but more frequently. And of course we all have a different reaction and the results are different too. So, what does work in your case?

Few smaller meals. You are supposed to eat every 3 hours to maintain your metabolism (but I never am able to eat every 3 hours with work and kids). I usally try to eat smaller meals, and I never eat snacks or anything after dinner.

Definitely more small meals! When you eat the bigger meals, you get really tired afterward because your body is spending so much energy trying to digest all that food. Smaller meals also help keep your portion control working because you don't get as much at one time and are less likely to go back for more.
