Before and after photos?

Well, if so many product vendors can start their campaigns on such photos, I thought it would be a good idea for us too. Having some photos made before starting the diet and then seeing the progress. Do you have such photos of yourself? do you find them motivational?

It's weird for a guy to admit this, but I have such pictures. The moment I started working out and losing weight I also wanted to see if I make progress. I took some pics with me before this and now as I look at them I see I did lose some weight. Can't wait to take the pics after I lost the weight.
