Here I will post my work outs. Feel free to comment on them or start your own workout log.:)
Here is today's

yoga poses (5 reps each)
two footed pose (Dvipada Pitham)
knees to chest post (Apanasana) I found this hard on my hips
Cobra pose (Bjujangasana)

The Hatha yoga class I did once was hard for me...I didn't think I would be able to finish the class, but I thought it would look silly to leave in the middle of it especially since I was probably the youngest person there...Anyway I do still do yoga. I have a couple of yoga magazines and I just do the poses from the magazines...I know there are a few different types of yoga..I would not mind trying another type.

Today I did 30 minutes of cleaning/tidying...I have decided to start including that in my log because it is exercise in itselt.
The cleaning/tidying involved doing laundry, lots of tidying which involved putting things where they belong (going up and down stairs). I did a little bit of scrubbing of the bathroom counter too.

Autumn you're amazing. This is awesome workout. I have seen you have improved the quantity of the effort and also the quality is increasing. Make sure you burn calories with running since this is one of the best ways to "sweat" it all out :)
The strenght exercise is also very good to have in mind since it helps making those muscles firm. Firm muscles offer a even "slimmer" look since it prevents us from being too "flabby" and weak.
Please keep us posted with the progress, you are doing a very good job.
