Do you practice yoga? What kind of yoga do you do? Do you take classes? Do you teach classes? Do you do yoga at home? Which poses are your favourites?

I have gone to a hatha yoga class. It was okay but very difficult for me. I bought a yoga magazine and do the poses described in it to strengthen the back (and get rid of back pain). It seems to be working.:)

I never practice it, but I heard that some celebrities are doing it. An example is Madonna, who is currently looking great even at her 40’s. I think that I might try it and see if it works for me as well.
I’m also getting some back ache and this is one of the reasons why I give up on my exercise programs.

Strengthen your abdominal muscles that should help your back. Yoga exercises would be helpful too.:)

Thanks for the response. I will try to include it on my exercise program in the future. Currently I’m only doing some jogging at my home and minor weight lifting. I think that I couldn’t take out weight lifting in my program because I’m used to it and doesn’t feel that it is an exercise if I won’t have to lift some weights.

I wasn never a yoga/pilates person since I like a heavy workout, running and jumping and these two are too "calm" for me :)

Madonna is indeed a great example and there are so many people into Yoga who are feeling great. I might consider this, but I would need to be a bit older and calmer.
