We all look at those skinny girls in the magazines and we dream to become them one day. Still the problem is that weight cannot be the same for us all nor is it healthy for some of us to have it on a too small number. We can thus discuss about a "healthy weight". 50 kilos might be OK for some women for instance while others would really be underweight and facing health problems.

Do you have such a weight you feel good at? The weight that suits you best, even if it's not considered a normal one for other people?

I am five foot four right now and weigh about 153 lbs... My ideal weight which I was just a couple years or less ago is 130-140lbs...

I’m five foot seven and my ideal weight is just 160 lbs. I have done it before and I know that one day I can achieve that weight again. I remember that I look good on my clothes when I got that weight. Although, for some, it is still fat, for me it is just right because I have some muscle that comes along with it.

My ideal weight would be 150 lbs. I think that I would look great whatever on whatever clothes I wear. I’m planning to achieve my ideal weight this summer, so that I could go to the beach without being embarrassed. I also forgot to mention my height; I’m also 5’7”.

My ideal weight is 60 kilos, so i still have some more work to do :)
I am 1,60 m. tall and i think this is how it should be.
I don't feel desperate, i try and lose eoght as much as i can and if i ever will weight 60 kilos i would be very happy, but if not - well, tough luck :D

Hmm.. i need to lose 30 pounds to reach my ideal weight.
It sounds a lot, but i see myself being slim and i think it will be worthwile.
Although i don't believe in ideal weights, they do sound like some sort of a goal, we need to know when to stop, so i will try and lose the pounds and then stop dieting and try to maintain myself at the 'ideal' weight.

Just 15 lbs!
I’m happy for you that you are not as fat as I am because I need to loose some 50 pounds. My instructor once said that he can help me loose those weights on a month. Do you think that I can loose that much weight in a month?
