Are you doing this alone or do you have someone who sticks by your side and keeps you 'on the right track'?
Sometimes it can get hard to do this alone, and some extra help is quite useful.

I'm dieting alone and - to be honest - I wouldn't like someone constantly trying to keep me on the right track because I like to consider myself as having a free character and powerful will. Of course, it depends what you mean by "someone"... I wouldn't mind having an actress I have a crush on as my personal fitness trainer... :p

I`m not alone in this , my mother always give me advices what to eat , how to have a better condition and she is right , she helped me to lose some weight, isn`t that bad to have someone to help you , I think it`s better.

I’m always alone since I was grade school so I guess that I won’t require anyone’s help. By now, I think that I can do this on my own. Why get some support from others that don’t care for you anyway. At least this is applicable to me.

We die alone, we lose weight alone! Nobody helps me, maybe my father who sometimes buys low fat food for me. He visits me two times a week and always brings some sort of food.
I think I can do it alone, but I sometimes talk about it with my friends. But at the end, you know that you've done it all by yourself.
