Are you on a diet so you can reach a certain weight or do you just wish to look better?
I never had a goal, meaning a certain weight I would like to have, I only lost weight until i started to like how I look, but many keep a diet to reach a certain weight that would make them happy.
So.. do you have a goal or do you diet without it?

I’m not thinking of dieting simply because I can’t keep my diet plans; I tend to eat more in the end. I’m always jogging at night to help burn out the fat. I heard that it is better to exercise at night because you can also burn the fat while you are sleeping. Diet does no good for me.

I just have some kilos I think I should really get rid of. It isn't something too serious, but still I am a bit far from the perfect me. I need to lose this weight and more important start eating healthy and doing some more exercise. It's good for my health too, since I have a sedentary job.

My goal is loose those unwanted pounds off. I think that loosing them will make me more pleasing in the eyes of the girls, not that I’m saying that I’m ugly, but I’m not as confident as I used to be when I was in college.

My goal is to be healthier and to have more energy, in order to do that I need to lose weight. Hopefully it will help me to be more confident and to feel better about my appearance. Mostly I want to do this for me, but I also want to be a good example for my family.

I mainly want to feel healthier. Of course I want to lose a few lbs and get ready for beach season. And I want to have more confidence.

No, I'm not on a diet in order to reach a certain weight in an amount of time... I just want too loose some pounds to feel and look better, to have more energy and confidence. In my opinion, no matter what the reason, successful weight loss and healthy weight management depend on sensible goals and expectations.

Actually, no. My goal is not a certain number on the scale, but to reach a certain level where I feel fit and healthy. That involves getting rid of some needless extra pounds and turning fat into muscle.
