My motivational secret is to set a small goal at a time because it can be achieve very easy compare to long ones. When you have achieved your short term goal then you are ready for another short goal. Do this often and you will be surprise of the benefits. You can do this, one step at a time.

Small goals are the best way to go. I have also noticed it's way easier to get results when I set smaller goals. In this way I can have in mind less kilos to lose, I lose them and then get to the next goal. And the fact I do lose the weight makes me happy and ready for more.

I just learned the value of setting a small goal once at a time. It seems that a lot of you already know that. I wonder when I can see myself thinner. How long does it take to notice the change in your body?
I want to know so that I would know when I can expect the result.

I’m glad that you learned it because it really works for me. I think that you can be just buff as me if you put your mind and body to it. Don’t be despair if someone is criticizing you just because you are fat. Someday you can show them that you are better and much leaner at them.

I think my secret is that i try and think as positive as possibly i can.
I get up in the morning and i know i will be eating the same old diet food, but i think ahead, i think about the result and that's what keeps me going :)
I also have my friends to support me, that's also a good thing :)
