It is said that it is between walking and running. I think that jogging is the best exercise if you want to loose those unwanted fats all over your body. You will sweat a lot. I want to know if there are other benefits that can be found from jogging aside from getting thinner.

It's pretty hard to run like an athlete, trying to be speedy too. It would consume more calories, but it would also kill us on the street :D
I also like jogging since it offers more exercise than plain walking. I also try to jog constanly and it is excellent for the health too, not only for losing weight.

I think that running is not one of the exercise that I would include on my exercise program because I will only tend to be more tired thus I can’t do other exercises. It is only best for an athlete, but I couldn’t recommend it on a normal person.

Jogging is one of the exercises that I’m trying right now but I think that it would take a long time before I could loose the unwanted fats. I hope that you guys can share some ways on how can I loose fat without me getting tired so easily.

Jogging in the morning will help you get rid of those unwanted fats. If you don’t have any time jogging in the morning or you feel shy because a lot of people will see you then I could recommend jogging at night. It has the same effect of jogging in the morning.

Jogging in the morning is one of my favorite exercises. It's the easiest, anyone can do it, helps you lose weight, gain appetite, makes you feel even better for taking a shower, and is healthy. :p If you have a dog, it could also be a perfect companion for your daily morning routine.

Jogging in the night , it`s my option , I hate when people are looking at me .In the morning, almost all go to a job and are a lot of people , so a lot of chances to look at me. And I think that has the same effect even is night or morning.Jogging , I like it so much and I`m feeling much better after that

I like running at a slow pace. I was never a top athlete, but I sometimes jog along the beach. I find it monotonous though. Sometimes, "unfriendly" dogs start chasing me from nowhere! I had to buy some pepper spray because of this problem. I like listening to my iPod, but it's too dangerous when I'm running outside, I can't hear the cars anymore, I'm afraid of accidents.

Running is a great workout and good for the heart. I don't think it helps me lose that much weight. But it helps me get in a great shape, I usually take my bull terrier with me, so 2 animals are happy! :D Jogging also relievs stress.

My advice to everyone here is that if you going to jog be sure to drink a lot of water afterwards to replace all the water that you loose. Don’t go forcing yourself too much in one day. Just try to do it regularly.

Good tips. I also jog since it helps me with my exercise routine and with the fact I need to move to feel good. Sometimes it's hard to get out and run, but I drag myself to do it. Sometimes I have a friend with me and we try to compete. These are the best workouts
