This is a very easy-to-do exercise for the belly :)

Contract it whenever yo can. Any time you speak on the phone, stay in your office or do whatever, contract the muscles. It helps it become fit, little by little. It is not a fast exercise, it doesn't give fast results, but it helps a little bit.

This is one of my problems. I was doing this for contracting the belly, but I found it to be hard so I think that it wouldn’t work on me. I’m thinking of just jogging so that I won’t have to feel the pain while I do it.
