What ingredients do you think a recipe for losing weight should contain?
Fruits and vegetables? meat? milk products?
What are some good ingredient examples that we could use in our diet?

I think that you can eat anything as long that is not high on fat. I could think of a lot of things that includes fat like eggs, milk, butter and a lot more. However I don’t know something that hasn’t any fat at all unless it is a fruit. This isn’t an ingredient.

Low fat, high fiber is the way to go.:D

high fiber, yes, that is a good idea :)
I think vegetables are good. They are full of vitamins and are good for our health.
Meat is also a good ingredient, but not fat meat. Chicken meat is ok.
Fruits are our best friends in a diet. I know someone who was on a diet and ate bananas almost all day long and he lost some good weight.

You can also eat some meat but you must remove the fat from them whenever cooking. I have seen one of those recipes before on a television but I haven’t been able to try them out. I hope that I can watch them again so that I could share the recipe here.
