A good way to lose weight is exercising. Without exercise you cannot keep fit and all the dieting may be in vain.
I think that is we exercise a lot we might not even need a special diet. I know cases in which people took up some sport and kept eating the way they did before. The weight goes away and some muscles start to show :)

As long as I am not a professional athlete I don't need a special sportsman diet. I do try to eat healthy and be able to work out too, but the exercise I do is for weight losing not for championships. The last thing I want to do is start eating protein bars so that my weight gets up again :D

I try to keep on a good diet and not rule out the food that would help my body. so many people go on wrong diets and do more damage. I do sports too, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get a good result out of my weightloss program, but I don't have a special sports diet (at least not one to put more calories)

You`re right , without exercise all our diet can be for sure in vain. Sports , the only trustful method and I recommend to all to try it. Of course with sports we won`t lose weight so quiqly but it`s the most sure method , I think most of us have the same opinion.

With exercise it is important to find things that you enjoy so that you will keep up the activity. I hate sport so for me it would be pointless. I enjoy taking my dog for long walks and I like swimming and cycling so I tend to stick with thos activities. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another person.
