Positive thinking is good no matter what.
It helps us motivate ourselves that we CAN do this.
A positive attitude is the best help, in my opinion.
If you always think you might not get through or what if you get fat again or whatever.. it becomes difficult to keep on going and it would be a shame.
We should always see the half full.

How can you keep on believing that you can be fit too, if you don’t believe that you can do it? I think positive thinking has big role on keeping you motivated and getting you in a top shape. Negative thinking on other hand will definitely make it harder for you to achieve your desired weight.

I think that this is true because this I have done this in the past. Now, I’m going to find some ways to help me think that I can do this again. Positive thinking has a big role on
getting you fit.

Possitive thinking plays an important role in almost every action in life. It motivates a person to work for reaching his goal and it scatters away lack of mood, lack of will and lazines. A lot of people have had great results and admited that possitive thinking was the key to succes. So, just tell yourselves: WE CAN DO IT !

I've got mostly negative thoughts when I try to get rid of some pounds...though I try to overpower them, it's not that easy. I must set myself some goals, or a 10 things-you-should-do-today program. It's easy to get lost in "what if I don't..." questions. Sadness and depression are two of the most common obstacles I encounter along the way. :(

Oh, yes.. i do a lot of positive thinking! Sometimes i think i am way to positive it's annoying :D
But it's good in a way, i never thought i would never make it or things like that.
I diet with a smile on my face, i can say :D
