A positive aspect of dieting can be the following: you can make the food look more tasty if you try and decorate it. Maybe cut two slices of carrots and a slice of a pickle and make a face... or any other decorating tip you might think of.
It makes eating much fun and i think a lot easier.

I don’t know how having some decorations on your food can help your diet program. It makes no sense at all. Can you further explain it to all of us, so that we will know the benefits of doing this?

I can explain :)
The food can look better if decorated. It's like feeding a child, if a kid sees good looking food it may seem more interesting for him to eat.
i know we are all adults but having fun while dieting is quite ok.

What does it have to do with dieting?
If I see something good to eat I tend to be hungrier than I really am. I don’t see why decorating your food will help you on your diet. I can’t understand where this thread is going.

Diet food is not always tasty. For example, broccoli. It's healthy, right on, but the taste is not very good. The first way in which people feast on food is with their eyes, believe me! The way a food appears on a dish, bowl or plate can make a huge difference in whether your mouth waters or your face becomes suddenly ... green. I think this is the point of the thread. ;)

Decoranting food doesn't change it's taste, so it can't really help, but just to give it style or a possitive aspect it's worth trying. I don't think it will have any particular contribution to the succes of the diet, but seeing how I've never done this I can't say for sure... And, by the way - I love broccoli, it's one of my favourite veggies.:p

I like broccoli too, it is one of my favourites. I like my food to be presented very simply, so I don't think I would be too interested in decorated food, but I think the plate that it is put on and the way that it is served can make a difference. I can't stand eating off those plates with a rough scratchy surface.
