A good method of being able to do this is to keep track of everything and see the progress.
You can make pictures of yourself at the beginning, then after a week and so on.. in some time you can see the difference and it can be really good!
Do you try this?

I don’t think that it would work out on everybody because I tend to become lousy once I have seen some improvements on my body. It is best if I will just say to myself that I’m fat and needs to shed the pounds off my body.

Maybe not for you, but I think that it would work on me because I like the fact that I’m making a progress on anything that I’m doing. I’m always measuring the size of my belly. For me, being fit is getting the right size for your body.

I didn't try this, but i think it is a good idea :)
I could put a reminder for myself on every week start and measure my belly and weight myself.
I think it's a great idea. This way i can see progress and maybe it can be a good motivation for myself.

Your entries there are so inspiring Autumn. It's indeed a great thing to keep track of the evolution, set some small goals and work a lot to achieve them. Then put all the info down and study this while you move onto the next small goal. I also found that keeping track of my evolution helps me get better organized and also more motivated

I keep track of my weight ever monday morning :)
I weight myself and see how it all goes. Of course, i don't always see any change every week, but every 2-3 weeks i notice some loss of my weight.
