View Full Version : How often do you exercise?

Do you exercise every day? Or do you have a schedule like 2-3 times a week... ?
I think it is best to try and do a little exercise every day, even if it only means going for a long walk..
I would do anything to burn calories.. I sometimes go to the local store 3-4 times a day ust for the sake of it :)

I now work out daily. I want to lose 40 pounds and this means I need to work. I am not aiming for a fast result, even if summer is coming and I'd love fitting in some of my older clothes, but for a constant and healthy weightloss plan.

This is why I try to work out daily and also eat healthy. I have started shedding some pounds already, so there is something I am doing well :D

If I have the time I can work out daily but if I’m too busy with my work, I’m finding it very hard to get some time to exercise a bit. It doesn’t mean that I don’t like to exercise but time has really something to say with the exercise program that I’m with.

Another factor that could affect is the fatigue factor.

I exercise pretty randomly, whenever I have the time, energy and desire to....Walking home from work is more routine though.:)

I think that exercising at least three times a day will give you the best benefits out of exercise program. If you are doing this, you are giving your body the time to rest and develop its muscle. I have learned this from a friend of mine who is also a Gym Instructor.

Sadly, I haven’t been able to do this!

Well , daily , 30 minutes (morning/afternoon and evening) and I`m feeling much better . Exercises are very important in a diet but not to forget to eat somethig healthy , it`s in vain to make exercises and to eat as much as we can , then we won`t do nothing.
