Do you easily get tired when exercising? What do you do?
Some are so motivated they exercise until the last breath but some give up after a while and continue the next time ..
What's your case?

I also get tired really easy since I haven't worked out too much. The best thing I was able to do was to start slow and build up to the amount of exercise I want each day. This means I start very small, with some repetitions and then, after 1 week of constant work, I can add more repetitions. Starting out with a lot of reps can even cause injuries to the body not used to this.

I don’t get tired easily because I’m taking a deep breath whenever I’m exercising. This is the big difference that breathing right can do to your body. If you are doing some breathing exercise then your body will cool down and you will see that you won’t get tired that easily. My only problem is that I don’t like anybody seeing me doing some exercise.

No, I never get tired easily because I’m listening to a good music whenever I’m doing some exercise. This is a good way to keep you on a good mood while exercising. I think that if you’re on a good mood then you will be motivated on whatever that you are doing.

Even though I’m fat, I’m not a weakling because I like exercising a lot when I was a younger. I think that exercising while still young can definitely help you to become stronger when you are growing old. Some friends of mine are already feeling some weakness because they didn’t do it at an early stage.

I used to get very tired at first since I wasn't used to the effort. After constant exercising though I am able to finish my sets with no problems at all. Doing sports was beneficial for me, I did lose some of the weight I wanted to lose and was also able to tone my muscles.

I get tired so easy , I can`t do more then 30 minutes , and those 30 are too much for me , I think I don`t practise enough cause I don`t have any resistance when I`m starting to do some exercises. I just can`t do more , but I think and those 30 are enough.. I guess....

Well, fatigue is a natural thing. And sometimes the best cure for fatigue is a good exercise session. Sometimes, after a long day at work, I really don't feel like working out. Yes, I do get easily tired and this is the main reason why I prefer a diet for weighloss than training. But if you feel tired daily you should go to the doctor, maybe you've got problems with the iron level.

I don't think so, although it could be quite relative, I think. I exercise everyday and I usually walk around a lot so I think that definitely helps. I'm also a fast walker in general (from the city where people walk super fast).
