I can’t keep up with my exercise program simply because I don’t like to be seen by anyone when I’m exercising. I don’t like the idea of being watch while I do it because I think that it will be humiliating for me since I’m a fat guy and I think that if someone would see me exercising, they will laugh.

I can say that I can keep up with my exercise program if I really put my mind into it. I don’t think that no one can keep up with their exercise program without them giving their best. I think that they will eventually get tired and would left the program if they aren’t that serious.

If you exercise in public try early in the morning or late at night when less people are out to watch (if they are). Or excerise at home.:)

I have tried that, but I found it hard to find some time because my house is just little and I have lots of siblings. I think that this is one of the reasons why I become fat in the first place. Right now, I’m doing it late at night but I’m having trouble with it because I feel so sleepy in the afternoon and I can’t do my daily task right.

I don't like to be seen working out either, but in the aerobics or tae bo classes this can't be avoided. Now I am more comfortable with myself and feel better working out with other women there. I am still self conscious about my weight and the fact I don't look as good as I wanted, but the other girls are just great.

It's not hard for me since I used to like sports. Now I just go to the gym, meet the other people I work out with and we have some fun while also sweating a lot. Having them with me there makes it easier.
