I have lots of stories wherein some fat people are enrolling on boxing class and they become fit. Personally I don’t like the idea of going to boxing because I don’t like to be hurt and I think that you will just become arrogant if you know how to box the right way.
What is your opinion?

I know an artist who enrolls herself to a boxing class and has shed off the fats away from her body. Now, he has a hot body and I believe that she is still practicing boxing. This is the reason why most people go into boxing. She is not the only one who goes too boxing to keep in shape. A lot of actors and actresses these days are going to boxing class or any special that would get them into shape.

I don't like the idea of getting punched in my head. It's a very part of my anatomy since my job requires a lot of mental usage. It's a great workout indeed as long as you don't have to fight anyone. I would do boxing to get fit, but I am afraid I wouldn't get out of some fighting and this is what I try to avoid.

I am a woman, so no thank you. I also dislike the idea of having someone punch me in the stomach or the head. I do TaeBo though, and this is the closest I want to get to anything martial arts related. I have a gret workout and also pretend to hit the air
