I have a set of dumbbell, one for each hand. I think that everyone should have one because this is the best way to exercise. I believe that having one will make you more motivated because you have what it means to get fit.

I don’t have any equipment at home if you are taking about those heavy dumbbells that you use to get yourself into shape. I only exercise using a chair trying to lift the weight of my body. I think that this is a common exercise because I have known this from a TV show.

I also have a set of dumbbell (they're actually quite old... They were bought by my brother), but that doesn't stop me from going to the gym. I haven't noticed any motivational influence from having a weight loss item at home. I try to stress the diet part though, and not the exercising...

I also have a set of dumbbells, as well as ankle weights. Those are the only exercise equipment items I have (other then shoes).:D

I have a fitness ball (or exercise ball, whatever you want to call it). It's fun to use and the kids love it! :) My husband has a set of dumbbells, but those are too heavy for me. I use bottles of water for a quick training session. And I also have in the attic an exercise bike. I haven't "ride" it for years...

I have a modest investment in a pair of dumbbells and a multi-purpose home gym machine. The dumbbells don't take a lot of space and weigh 20lb. Home gyms offer a great total body workout, if you know what to look for. The gym machine takes a large amount of space, I admit.

I have an exercise bike, I quite enjoy using it. It has a display on it to say how far you have peddled and what speed you achieved. It is good because when I feel tired I look at the display and think I have to keep going until I reach whatever little target I have chosen.

You guys are so lucky because you can buy those expensive machines. I wonder when I can buy one for myself, so that I can have a complete workout. Those home gym machines surely spells the difference.
BTW, how much does it cost?
