How many of you guys have heard of Pilates?
I heard that it can really help your body get rid of all the fats in your body because it is a light exercise that is done repeatedly. It is a combination of Yoga and Bodybuilding.

I have tried to include it on my daily exercise program but it seems to be hard for me because my body isn’t that flexible at all. I think that it would fit those who have a good built body. This isn’t applicable to me at all!

Pilates is quite weird at first, but in time you'll get the flexibility needed for the exercises.
The main idea is to think positive and be persistent.
I tried yoga some time ago and it seemed to hard for me. I needed a lot of flexibility to streach all the way and so on and i quit. Now i'm sorry i did, because i did gain some flexibility and since i don't practice anymore i kind of lost it.
Pilates is quite a good sport, even if iit seems hard at first. All sports seem like that :)

I heard that you can also practice pilates along with the nature. Maybe I should try it sometime because its really fun doing it. I think that when we are closed to mother nature, we tend to absorbed all the energy that has been flowing around and into our body.

I think that Pilates is just the same as Yoga because you are doing a lot of flexibility exercises on those two programs. I wonder what the differences between them are. Anyone here know about the difference?
Please share!

For me Pilates doesn't do the trick. I need a lot of effort, sprint running, rope skipping so that I can shed the pounds easier. It is a good thing though especially for people who are not into making a lot of effort at first and the results can be pretty amazing. Still, if you are as stiff as I am, you'll hate it
