What do you think about tae bo?
It is a sport that resembles martial alrts a lot, only without the techniques, it's just movement, movement and more movement :)
I tried this some time ago and it had positive results.
Did you try it?

I have heard of it before but I don't think of trying it. I think that I would be better off if I'm going to learn some Karate because I could learn depending myself while being slim and sexy. There are lots of exercise program that involves moving a lot. This is just a common thing because you can't loose some pounds off if youre not going to move.

@Billy
Do you know that the guy who invented Taebo has the same name as yours? His complete name is Billy Blanks. I believe he is a well-trained martial artist who then decides to invent the Taebo to help those who need to loose some weight.

For a martial artist Tae Bo is a joke. But still, it's a great work out and you can see some big improvements on your body after just few sessions. It's very demanding and you get tired fast. Just surviving the first classes is already a huge improvement. I've done some TaeBo too and I have to say i really loved it.

Tae Bo is just great. I used to do aerobics some time ago and it was great, but when I was able to enroll in a Tae Bo class, I just couldn't resist. it's a great workout for me, even if I still need to lose that weight. I have a lot of slim coleagues, but we work out together nicely and TaeBo seems to do the trick for me too.

I have tried TaeBo before, but I felt that it went too fast for me. I'm not that quick on my feet apparently!
