Losing weight is a long term job, but in time the results start showing nicely. We do track the lost pounds on a weekly basis and most of the time monthly since it's easier to keep track of the progress. How much were you able to lose in a month? The biggest personal record of yours?

I only started this a little while ago, so i cannot say i have a record yet.
I know however that my dad used to diet a lot and lost a few kilograms every month. Then he put them back, diet again.. and so on :D
I don't know his record either, but i think any number of kilos lost is a good number.
We should be thankful we didn't gain anything :D

2 pounds :) and i'm proud of it.
It is very hard to do this, very hard to keep away from certain foods and sweets, but when i see improvement i think to myself that i was doing a good job and i feel better all of a sudden.

I can’t remember because it’s been a long time since I have done it. Anyway I’m not making a record because I’m afraid that I may get to cocky and don’t loose anymore weight because of that. It’s really a bad habit because I see some pounds shed off my weight I become too confident and tends to be careless.

The most I've lost in a month is 2 pounds. This happened the last month and I'm very proud of this succes, considering the amount of work I've had to put up with. I can't say I've seen improvements in my health, but it feels great to get closer to my goal.

10 kilos in a month is my personal record, a couple of years ago.
I used a two-week program. One week cabbage soup and the other week chicken barbecue, fruits and vegetables. After that, same program all over again. I went to the sauna too. It was a drastic regime, I went to the gym 4 times a week. I wouldn't do that again now. I'm way too lazy now.

I lost 20 pounds, I think five years ago. I ate salads and barbecue and I walked several miles a day on the beach + gym 3 times a week. I avoided junk food/too much meat/ carbs...if you feel you need to lose some weight, then go for it, that's my opinion. I don't know how I really did it, I just sticked to the plan and made it.

I lost 5 pounds , I was so happy , I didn`t belive when I saw the results , in that day I was so happy . Now I want to lose 5 pounds again I hope I will bcause it`s so good and I`m feeling much better. Since then I have a lot of hope. Will be so good if I`ll lose more then 5 pounds but then nothing....I guess it`s very good like that.
