Here is another diet recipe:
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans
zest of one orange
juice of one orange (1/2 to 1 cup)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup raisins
And how to prepare it?Very easy
Line a strainer with paper towels; place over a bowl and add yogurt. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours while liquid drains from yogurt. Disgard liquid.
Place the strained yogurt in a medium mixing bowl and stir in orange juice until mixture is of the right consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Serve as a dessert, snack, or breakfast.
