Default Meat

Meat is part of one's diet, so if you're not a vegetarian you cannot ignore it.
My dad used to keep a diet every year (then he put all the weight back, but that' another story..) and he always included meat in it.

I know that pork meat is not recommended, since it's fat, but chicken is highly recommended (cooked properly).
I know he used to make this tasty chicken roast. The chicken is peeled of feathers, then you salt it a bit and put it in the oven on a tray under which you put a recipient with water. In the tray you put the chicken in you add a little oil, so it won't stick to the pan.

It's a good way of eating meat and keep a balanced diet
