Default Muesli for Breakfast

quick oats, milk, plain yogurt ,bananas, grated apple, peaches, flaxseed, wheat germ, top with strawberries. Go organic fruit when you can.

Here are few I think are great for breakfast.

-cereal(watch sugar)...get whole grain cereals
-granola and yogurt
-english muffin and peanut butter
-toast and jelly
-an apple could go along with anything
-scrambled egg whites and low fat or non fat shredded chedder cheese
-whole grain mini bagel and fat free cream cheese
for drinks: milk, chocolate milk, 100% juice(preferably orange)

More breakfast ideas.
-Eggs with pepper.
-Fresh Fruit salad with fruits like apples, banana, grapes, berries, etc
-Low-fat cottage cheese with fruits

Ok, here are few breakfast ideas for babies.
-Cottage cheese with fresh fruit slices
-Grilled cheese
-Sliced fresh fruit with a natural yogurt dip
-Wholewheat toast with cream cheese
