"if the mind can concieve it you can achive it"
I used to have a poor body image and was out of shape... then i changed the way i looked at my body and started visualizing my goals and seeing myself as a fit, happy and healthy person and started to live the lifestyle as if it was already true... I decreased my body fat percentage from the "acceptable zone" to the "fitness zone" and then to the "athletic zone" I was amazed... i actually enjoyed the process too, which i think was key to long term result.
Then i decided to submit to my first modeling agency in San Francisco and actually got signed with them... I can't say that would have happened if i didn't accept that it was possible and
start living the lifestyle i knew i was best for me.
PS. models come in all shapes and sizes now a days and i think the fashion industry is starting to change... I'm hoping it will change more and more because I would like to see healthy people looked up to instead of people with eating disordered... and healthy people come in all shapes and sizes too, not a one size fits all kinda deal, ya know?
