I agree that a right balance of both dieting and exercising can bring us the desired results we hope to achieve. Eating right and getting fit is so empowering, as we begin to look and feel better. Good luck to all! It can be a tough journey, but success can definitely be achieved. Visualize success!

I agree with sweet viji coz, dieting is a program which you have to consult a dietician and then you have to make your eating patern accordingly, but for exercising you don't have to consult a trainer always as easily if you can swim for 20mins per day, three days a week it is guranteed you can loose your weight by a significant amount... as swimming needs to work basically every muscle of your body.

as per my personal experience I would recomend swimming as the best excesice to loose weight and to keep a good physique too....

Yes this is true and effective..

There's should be a training techniques and dietary strategies.

For large weight loss goals, it is much easier and healthier to combine increased physical activity with a proper diet. If you only exercise or only diet, you'll miss out on key health benefits that are unique to one of the two.

It's exercise for me. I think it's more healthy. Am I right?
Though diet also means eating healthy foods/ good foods. I think exercise is better since I can move my muscles and helps me increase my stamina.

My answer is exercise, and heres why...

Exercise is what actually creates the physiological changes in your body, when talking just about weight loss anyway.

Think about it this way...
Your diet is what allows you to change your physiological state but is your exercise that can actually change it.

Like college athletes for example. Many of them have horrible diets but they're still ripped because of the amount of calories they burn because of their sports.

What do you guys think?

If you just exercise but eat what you want, you will never see results. All of that work with be for nothing. If you don't always have the time to workout, it will be important to gain a better understanding of the nutritional value of foods and how different foods work best with your body. Actually, eating the right foods in the right sequence will help you burn fat through out the day.
