Nothing can satisfy craving for chocolate except chocolate. I have a major sweet tooth and I absolutely love any kind of sweet dish, you name it, I like it. If I feel bored and I feel like eating chocolate or sweets, I go for a walk, call a friend, or read a book, hoping the craving might pass away. However, I do not restrict myself. I eat chocolate in small portions. I eat chocolates just like anything else in moderation.

Hello guys,

When we are on a dieting schedule it is true that we find it very difficult to miss food that we so dearly embrace in day to day life. Chocolates taste sweet but they add up calories. There are hundreds of types of fruits that come in different natural flavors. If you ever try it I'm sure you'll never get bored. Unlike chocolates fruits that contain fibre will ease your bowel habits if you suffer from constipation particularly.

Default Substitute fruits for sweets

Hi All,

I've successfully cut out all candy (including my "old" favorite Reeses Cups) and cookies and replaced them with fruit - my current favorite is strawberries - I had forgotten how much I enjoy fruit.

The result - I've gone from 200 to 170 over the past 4 months.

And I never thought I would say this but I don't miss the chocolate.
